Engage Students

"Engage Students" is my initiative to interact with the young minds at schools, colleges and universities.

Why?
  1. Young people have questions about life, more importantly - choices.
  2. Questions need be encouraged, appreciated and answered.
  3. Answering their questions would empower them to make informed decisions, which would guide their thoughts, words and deeds.
  4. Answering questions satisfies and motivates them to study and work efficiently. A product of well-informed decisions is wise choices. Wise choices reduce stress, which translates to greater efficiency in private and public life.

What?
Sample subjects of engagement could be:

Empowering Wise Moral / Life Choices:

To Do or Not To Do…
  • Cigarettes, alcohol, drugs…
  • Abortion
  • Premarital Sex
  • Live-in relationships
  • Homosexuality
  • Pornography
Since schools, colleges and universities have representations of multiple religious worldviews; the presentation on Moral choices will not discuss God.

Religion:
  • Why am I a Christian?
  • Why do I think that all religions would not lead to heaven?

How?
Engagement through live presentations / workshops followed by a question and answer session.

Presentations could be…
  • Crisp (45 minutes presentation and 45 minutes Q&A)
  • Elaborate (half day / full day / more than a day)
